KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

​

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, providing support and guidance.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with existing clients or welcome new prospects.

  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering queries and guiding customers through our products and services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships by following up and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and update databases.

  • Support the team with customer-related tasks.

ABOUT YOU

​

  • Experience in manufacturing, transport, 4x4, agriculture, construction, or fabrication industries (essential).

  • Strong communication skills and professional phone manner.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Persistent, proactive, and focused on providing excellent customer service.

  • Previous sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage but not essential.

WORK SCHEDULE

​

  • Part-time: minimum 6 hours per day, 5 days a week (30+ hours/week).

  • Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

​

REMUNERATION: Salary negotiable, based on experience and skills.

​

LOCATION: St Marys (Office-based, Monday to Friday).
