-
What items can be powder coated?Powder coating is suitable for a wide range of metal surfaces, including items made from aluminium, steel, stainless steel, and zinc-coated steel. -
Why should I powder coat instead of wet spray painting?Powder coating is a high-quality finishing solution that provides robust protection for even the toughest machinery. It delivers a more durable finish than traditional wet spray painting, while still offering an attractive aesthetic appeal. This process forms an exceptionally resilient layer that shields your products from various types of damage, including corrosion, flaking, scratching, and colour fading due to sun exposure and extreme weather conditions. Beyond its durability, powder coating is also an environmentally friendly choice. Compared to wet spray painting, it is better for the planet and can significantly improve your production turnaround times.

What is the lifespan of powder coating?Powder coating is a durable and long-lasting finishing solution for both interior and exterior metal surfaces. Depending on factors such as preparation, type of coating, materials, and treatment process, powder coating can last up to 20 years.
