Marketing & Customer Service Guru

 

We are seeking a creative, organised, and customer-focused Marketing & Customer Service Guru to manage Arkote’s day-to-day marketing execution while supporting ongoing customer engagement.
 

This is a hands-on, marketing-led role with a strong focus on visual branding, graphics, and digital platforms, while also acting as a key customer contact for enquiries and relationship management.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

  • Manage Arkote’s digital marketing presence across web, social media, email, and video

  • Manage and update company websites using Wix

  • Plan, create, and schedule visual and written content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

  • Create graphics, brochures, and marketing assets using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Produce and edit video content for digital platforms

  • Monitor and report on engagement and performance metrics

  • Create and distribute email newsletters using Mailchimp

CUSTOMER SERVICE & CLIENT ENGAGEMENT 

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email

  • Provide information on services, pricing, and processes

  • Follow up on enquiries, quotes, and orders

  • Maintain accurate customer records and support CRM management

  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Liaise with internal production and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in marketing, digital content, or visual communications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Experience updating websites using Wix

  • Social media content creation and management experience

  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar email platforms

  • Strong skills in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience with video editing tools

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience or knowledge within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors

  • B2B environment experience

  • Familiarity with CRM systems

REMUNERATION: Salary negotiable, based on experience and skills.

LOCATION: St Marys (Office-based, Monday to Friday).
