Join Our Team at Arkote – Industrial Blaster Wanted!


We’re currently seeking a reliable, team-oriented Industrial Blaster to join our expanding team. Whether you’re experienced or new to the field, if you have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, we will provide on-the-job training from our experienced senior staff.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Perform abrasive blasting of structural steel products

• Identify and eliminate potential work hazards

• Carry out tasks assigned by the Production Manager

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

​​​​​

• Industrial blasting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

• Forklift license (essential)

• Strong team player with a safety-first attitude

• Commitment to delivering high-quality work to meet customer requirements

• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

HOURS​​:

 

• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 3 pm; Fridays 6 am to 12 pm.

• Afrernoon Shift: Monday to Thursday 3 pm to 6 am; Fridays 12 pm to 6 pm.​

LOCATION: St Marys.

​

REMUNERATION:

​

• Negotiable based on experience and skills

• Staff bonuses provided

• Super included
