SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE

Responsibilities:

Excellent Customer Service: Providing top-notch customer service to existing and potential customers.
Cold Calling: Generating leads and sales by making cold calls to potential customers.
Product/Service Knowledge: Discussing product/service options, benefits, and features with customers.
Follow-up: Conducting follow-up calls and emails to maintain customer relationships.
Data Entry: Accurately recording customer information in CRM.
Record Keeping: Maintaining records of calls and sales, including useful information.
Database Building: Contributing to building a quality customer database.

About You:

Proficiency in English.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling.
Ability to engage and build strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Persistent and results oriented.

Remuneration: Salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Location: St. Marys, office-based role from Monday to Friday.
